-Eka mati yo vila,engeta munyu wa pink,green chillies & hlanganisa kahle.
-Chela rice leri tsakamaka & virisa eka medium flame kufikela 90% yi endliwa kutani u sefa & u veka etlhelo.
- Eka xibya,chela huku,red chilli leyi tshoveriweke,munyu wa pink,black pepper powder,ginger garlic paste,soy sauce, vinegar & hlanganisa kahle,funengeta & marinate kuringana 30 wa timinete.
-Eka wok,engeta mafurha yo sweka, garlic,ginger & sauté for a minute.
