-Mafurha yo sweka 4 tbs

-Karry patta (Matluka ya khari) 15-20

-Dahi (Yogurt) yi rhurhumerile 1⁄2 Khapu

-Sabut dhania (mbewu ya coriander) leyi pfotlosiweke 1⁄2 tbs

-Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1⁄2 tsp kumbe ku nandzika

-Zeera (Mbewu ya cumin) yi oxiwile & yi pfotlosiwa 1 tsp

-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kumbe ku ya hi nantswo

-Saunf (mbewu ya fennel) yi pfotloseriwile 1 tsp

-Haldi powder (Phoyidi ya Turmeric) 1⁄2 tsp

-Kalonji (Mbewu ya Nigella) 1⁄4 tsp

-Juzi ya lamula 3-4 wa ti tbs

Swiletelo:

  • Tsema ti chilli ta rihlaza hi le xikarhi kusuka exikarhi & veka etlhelo.
  • Eka pani ro sweka,engeta mafurha yo sweka,matluka ya curry & fry for 10 seconds.
  • Engetela ti green chillies,hlanganisa kahle & sweka kuringana minete.
  • Engetela yogurt,mbewu ya coriander,munyu wa pink,mbewu ya cumin,red chilli powder,mbewu ya fennel,turmeric powder, mbewu ya nigella,hlanganisa kahle & sweka eka langavi ra le xikarhi kuringana 1-2 wa timinete,funengeta & sweka hi malangavi yale hansi kuringana 10- 12 wa timinete.
  • Engetela juzi ya lemon,hlanganisa kahle & sweka kuringana 2-3 wa timinete.
