Switirhisiwa
- 1 Pyaz leyintsongo (Anyanisi)
- 7-8 wa ti cloves Lehsan (Garlic)
- 2-3 Hari mirch (Tichili ta rihlaza )

- 1 tbsp Sabut dhania (mbewu ya coriander), leyi pfotlosiweke
- 1⁄2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Oregano leyi omisiweke
- 1 tbsp Zeera (Mbewu ya cumin), leyi oxiweke & leyi pfotlosiweke
- 1⁄2 tbsp ya munyu wa pink wa Himalayan kumbe kuya hi nantswo
- 1 tsp ya Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
- 1 tbsp Juzi ya lamula
- Mafurha yo sweka yo sweka
Swiletelo
- Eka chopper, chela anyanisi, garlic, ti chilli ta rihlaza, letintsongo coriander, chickpeas, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, baking powder, oregano leyi omisiweke, cumin seeds, pink salt, black pepper powder, na juzi ya lemon & u tsemelela kahle.
- Humesa eka xibya & u hlanganisa kahle kuringana 2 -3 wa timinete.
- Teka nhlayo yitsongo ya nkatsakanyo (45g) & u tshikilela hi vukheta ku endla ti falafels ta xivumbeko xa oval.
- Eka wok, hisa mafurha yo sweka & u gayela eka medium- langavi ra le hansi ku kondza ri va buraweni wa nsuku. Ricepe leri ri endla kwalomu ka 20 wa ti falafels.
