Swilo leswi tirhisiwaka:

  • Aloo (Timbatata) 2 letikulu
  • Ku vila mati hilaha swi lavekaka hakona
  • Baisan (vuswa bya gram) 2 wa Tikhapu
  • Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1 tsp kumbe ku nandzika
  • Zeera (Mbewu ya cumin) yi oxiwile & yi pfotlosiwa 1 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kumbe ku ya hi nantswo
  • Haldi powder (Phoyidi ya Turmeric) 1⁄2 tsp
  • Sabut dhania (mbewu ya coriander) yi pfotloseriwile 1 tbs
  • Ajwain (Mbewu ya Carom) 1⁄4 tsp
  • Xiphepherhele xa lehsan xa adrak (Xiphepherhele xa garlic xa ginger) 1 & 1⁄2 tsp
  • Mati 3 wa Tikhapu
  • Hari mirch (Chili ya rihlaza) leyi tsemiweke 1 tbs
  • Pyaz (Anyanisi) yi tsemiwile 1⁄2 Khapu
  • Hara dhania (Coriander yo basa) leyi tsemiweke 1⁄2 Khapu
  • Mafurha yo sweka 4 tbs
  • Chaat masala

Swiletelo:

  • Gyela timbatata hiku pfuniwa hi grater & veka etlhelo.
  • Eka mati yo vila,veka strainer,engeta ti grated potatoes & blancha eka medium flame kuringana 3 wa timinete,sefa & veka etlhelo.
  • Eka wok,chela vuswa bya gram,munyu wa pink,mbewu ya cumin,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,mbewu ya coriander,mbewu ya carom,ginger garlic paste,mati & whisk ku kondza swi hlangana kahle.
  • Plulela langavi,hlanganisa u ya emahlweni & sweka hi langavi ra le hansi ku kondza ku vumbiwa nhlama (6-8 wa timinete).
  • Tima langavi, chela green chilli,onion,blanched potatoes,fresh coriander & hlanganisa kahle.
