  • Anday (Matandza) leyi virisiweke 6-8
  • Xiphepherhele xa mustard 1 tbs
  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) leyi tsemiweke 1⁄2 wa Khapu

  • Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) . 2 tsp
  • Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kumbe ku nandzika
  • Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1⁄4 tsp
  • Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1 tsp kumbe ku nantswa
  • Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1⁄2 tsp
  • Maida (Vuswa bya swikongomelo hinkwaswo) 1 Khapu

-Eka xibya,grate matandza hiku pfuniwa hi grater.

-Engetela mustard paste,capsicum,onion,green chillies,fresh coriander,garlic powder,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,munyu wa pink,cumin powder & hlanganisa kahle.

-Grease mavoko hi mafurha,teka nhlayo yitsongo ya nkatsakanyo (50g) & endla ti patties ta vukulu byo ringana.

-Coat hi all-purpose flour kutani u chela eka tandza leri whisked & coat hi breadcrumbs.

-Eka pani,hisa mafurha yo sweka & shallow fry eka medium flame kusuka eka matlhelo hamambirhi kufikela golden & crispy (yi endla 10) & phamela!
