Khekhe ra Walnut ra Mabanana leri nga riki na tandza (Ri tiviwa ngopfu tanihi Xinkwa xa Mabanana)

Swilo leswi tirhisiwaka :

  • 2 Mabanana lama vupfeke
  • 1/2 wa khapu ya Mafurha (mafurha wahi na wahi lawa yanga nun’hweriki - hindlela yin’wana mafurha ya swimilani / mafurha ya soya / mafurha ya ricebran / mafurha ya sunflower yanga tirhisiwa)
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (Dalchini) Powder

  • 1 tsp ya Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • Ti Walnuts leti tsemiweke

Ndlela :

Teka xibya xo hlanganisa, teka 2 wa Mabanana lawa ya vupfeke. Ti hlanganise hi foroko. Engeta 1/2 wa khapu ya Mafurha. Engeta 1/2 tsp ya Vanilla Essence. Engeta 1 tsp ya Cinnamon (Dalchini) Powder. Engeta 3/4 wa khapu ya Chukele. Engeta xiphemu xa Munyu. Yi hlanganise kahle hi ku pfuniwa hi xipunu. Kuya emahlweni chela 3/4 wa khapu ya Plain Flour, 3/4 wa khapu ya Wheat Flour, 1 tsp ya Baking Powder, 1 tsp ya Baking Soda na Walnuts leyi tsemiweke. Hlanganisa hinkwaswo kahle hiku pfuniwa hi xipunu. Consistency ya batter yifanele kuva sticky & thicker.
