- Imli (Tamarind leyi omisiweke) leyi susiweke 1 & 1⁄2 tbs
- Khopra (Khokhonati leyi omisiweke) 3⁄4 Khapu
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Tichili to tshwuka ta Kashmiri) 2-3
- Curry patta (Matluka ya curry) 15-18
- Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1 tsp kumbe kuya hi nantswo
