Switirhisiwa
Swa Paste leyi Pfuxetiweke
- 1 inch Ginger, roughly slice
- 2-4 Garlic cloves
- 2 fresh Green chill
- Munyu kuya hi nantswo
Eka Gravy
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Mbewu ya Cumin
- 2 Ti-clove
- 1 Khadimo ya rihlaza
- Nchumu lowu lulamisiweke wa Ginger Garlic paste
- 3 Anyanisi ya sayizi ya le xikarhi, leyi tsemiweke
- 1⁄2 tsp ya Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp leyi hlengeletiweke ya coriander powder
- 1 tsp ya Degi red chilli powder
- 2 tsp Curd, leyi biweriweke
- 3 wa xikarhi sayizi Matamatisi, lama tsemiweke
- 1⁄2 wa khapu ya Mati
- 400 gms Paneer, leyi tsemiweke yi va sayizi ya xikhubiki
Ku Khavisa
- < li>1⁄2 inch Ginger, julienned
- Xirhabyani xa coriander
- Curd, leyi biweke
- Kasuri methi (ya ku hlawula ) 1 tsp
Process
For Crushed Paste:
Eka mortar pestle, chela ginger, garlic, green chillies, munyu kuya hi nantswo kutani u endla paste yo olova hi yona.
Eka Gravy:
Eka kadai, chela ghee once's it's hot, chela cumin seeds, cloves, green cardamom u tshika yi spluter kahle. Engeta ginger garlic paste leyi lulamisiweke kutani u yi sweka kahle.
Engetela anyanisi u yi sweka kufikela yiva na buraweni wo olova wa nsuku.
Engetela turmeric powder, coriander powder, degi red chilli powder kutani u sweka kufikela eka row ku nun’hwela ka famba.
Engetela curd, matamatisi u yi sweka kahle. Engeta mati nyana u sweka ku ringana minete.
Hlanganisa nkatsakanyo hi hand blender eka gravy yo olova. Engeta mati nyana kutani u sweka gravy kuringana 5 wa timinete tin’wana eka malangavi yale xikarhi. Engeta paneer u sweka timinete nyana.
Yi khavisiwile hi ginger, coriander sprig, curd u phamela yi hisa.
