Switirhisiwa:

- Munyu kuya hi nantswo
- Chkele 1 tsp
- Swiphemu swa soya 150 wa tigiramu
- Swiphemu swa soya 50 wa tigiramu (swi nga hlawuriwa) .
Puree ya matamatisi:
- Tamatar (matamatisi) - 4-5 ya sayizi yale xikarhi (yo tsemiwile hi swiphemu)
- Hari mirchi (ti chilli ta rihlaza) - 3-4 nos.

- Capsicum (julienned) (1/3rd khapu)
- Tikharoti (julienned) ( 1/3rd khapu)
- Gravy ya nutri leyi lulamisiweke
- Kulcha tani hileswi swi lavekaka
- Coriander yo basa
