- Xigwitsirisi xa chilli yo tshwuka - 1 tsp
- Xigwitsirisi xa coriander - 2 tsp
- Mati - 2 wa swikotela
- Juzi ya lamula - hafu ya lamula
- Matluka ya coriander yotsakama (ya tsemiwile)- 1 tbsp

Ndlela
- Engeta munyu xikan’we na turmeric powder, red chilli powder & coriander powder eka moong dal bowl kutani u hlanganisa hinkwaswo. Hlayisa etlhelo.
- Hisisa mafurha eka pressure cooker, loko ya hisa chela garlic leyi tsemiweke & sauté till golden brown.
- Engeta ti green chillies & nyika xirhendzevutani.
- Engetela hing & yi tshika yi nun'hwela.
- Sweswi, chela moong dal eka cooker u yi sauté for couple of mins.
- Loko u vona mafurha ya humesiwile ematlhelo, chela mati u nyika xirhangiso.
- Pfala xigwitsirisi hi xifunengeto xa xona u nyika xibakele xin'we.
- Pfumelela ntshikelelo wu huma hi ku helela kutani u pfula xifunengeto.
- Hi ku pfuniwa hi xigwitsirisi xa mapulanga (mathani), churn dal nyana ku kuma consistency leyi hetisekeke.
- Pfuxeta juzi ya lamula u nyika xirhendzevutani.
- Engeta coriander leyinga tsemiwa kutani u nyika xirhendzevutani. Yi hundzisele eka xibya xo phamela.

- Season hi munyu u nyika toss. Yi tshike yi sweka timinete timbirhi eka malangavi ya le hansi leswaku nantswo hinkwawo wa swipayisisi wu ta nghena eka rhayisi.
