Swilo leswi tirhisiwaka:

  • Ghee 2-3 wa ti tbsp
  • Kumini 1 tsp
  • Sinamoni 1 wa intshi
  • Tluka ra bay 1 nos.
  • Khadamomu ya rihlaza 2-3 wa ti pods
  • Anyanisi 3-4 ya sayizi ya le xikarhi (yi tsemiwile)
  • Xiphepherhele xa garlic xa ginger 1 tbsp
  • Ti chilli ta rihlaza 1-2 nos. (ku tsemiwa)
  • Swipayisisi swa phoyizeni
    1. Hing 1/2 wa xiphepherhele
    2. Powder ya turmeric 1/2 wa ti tsp
    3. Powder ya chilli yo tshwuka ya le Kashmiri 1 tbsp
    4. Chilli yo tshwuka ya swipayisisi 1 tsp
    5. Powder ya cumin 1 tsp
    6. Powder ya Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Matamatisi 3-4 (puree)
  • Munyu hi ku ya hi nantswo
  • Ti peas ta rihlaza 1.5 wa tikhapu
  • Methi yo basa 1 xirhundzu lexintsongo / 2 wa swikotela
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 xiphepherhele
  • Nsinya 1 intshi (julienned)
  • Juzi ya lamula 1/2 wa xiphepherhele
  • Khirimi yo basa 3/4 wa khapu

Ndlela:
