-Tamatar (Tomato) 1 leyikulu
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & 1⁄2 tbs
-Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1 tsp kumbe kuya hi nantswo
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp kumbe kuya hi nantswo
-Dhania phoyizeni (Powder ya coriander) 1 & 1⁄2 tsp
-Garam masala powder 1⁄2 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1⁄2 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1⁄2 tsp
-Sarson ka tel ( Mafurha ya mustard) 3 tbs (Swi cinca: Mafurha yo sweka)
-Mati 5 wa Tikhapu kumbe hilaha swi lavekaka hakona
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1 & 1⁄2 tbs
Lulamisa Matar Chewra:
-Mafurha yo sweka yo sweka
-Pohan chewda (Swiphepherhele swa rhayisi leswi flattened) 1 & 1⁄2 Khapu
-Mafurha yo sweka 1 tsp
-Matar (Peas) 1 Khapu
-Mong phali (Timanga) leyi oxiweke 1⁄2 Khapu
-Himalayan munyu wa pink 1⁄4 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1⁄4 tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) leyi tsemiweke 1-2
Ku hlanganisa:
-Chaat masala kuya hi nantswo
-Hara dhania ( Fresh coriander) chopped
-Pyaz (Onion) rings
Directions:
Lulamisa Kalay Chanay:
-Eka poto, chela ti chickpeas ta ntima,baby onion,tamatisi,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,red chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,mustard oil,mati,hlanganisa kahle & yi tisa yi vila,funengeta & yi sweka hi malangavi yale hansi kufikela loko ti chickpeas ti olova (40-50 minutes).
- Susa & lahla madzovo ya matamatisi kutlula ku sweka eka malangavi yale henhla kufikela loko mati ya oma (6-8 wa timinete).
-Engetela tamarind pulp,hlanganisa kahle kuringana minete & veka etlhelo.
Lulamisa Matar Chewra:
-In a wok,hisa mafurha yo sweka & deep fry flattened rice flakes hi strainer ku kondza yi va light golden & crispy,strain & set aside.
-Eka wok,engeta mafurha yo sweka,peas & mix well,cover & cook on medium flame for 1-2 wa timinete.
-Chela ti peanuts,pink salt,turmeric powder & hlanganisa kahle kuringana minute.
-Chela fried rice flakes & hlanganisa kahle.
-Chela green chilli,hlanganisa kahle & veka etlhelo.
Ku hlanganisa:
-Eka xibya xo phamela,engetela kalay chanay leyi swekiweke,chaat masala,coriander yo basa,anyanisi,matar chewra leyi lunghiseleriweke & phamela!
