-Podina (Matluka ya mint) 12-15
-Hara dhania (Coriander yo basa) 2-3 tbs
- Juzi ya lamula 2 tbs
-Mati 5-6 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp kumbe kuya hi nantswo
-Kabab cheeni (Cubeb spice) powder 1 tsp
-Elaichi powder ( Powder ya khadimo) 1⁄2 tsp
-Powder ya Garam masala 1 tsp
-Powder ya kali mirch (Powder ya phepha ra ntima) 1 & 1⁄2 tsp

-Bolo ya nhlama ya paratha 150g yin’wana na yin’wana

-Hari mirch (Green chillies) swilayi 1-2
-Pyaz (Onion) rings

Lunghisa Lagan Qeema:
-Eka poto,engeta mince ya nyama ya homu,munyu wa pink,papaya yo ka yi nga swekiwanga paste,ginger garlic paste & hlanganisa kahle,funengeta & marinate kuringana 1 hour.
-Eka spice grinder,engeta ti almonds,cashew nuts,desiccated coconut & sila kahle.
-Chela green chillies,mint leaves,fresh coriander ,juzi ya lemon,mati & sila kahle ku endla paste yo tiya & veka etlhelo.
-Embiteni, chela red chilli powder,cubeb spice powder,cardamom powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,fried onion ,yogurt,cream,clarified butter,ground paste & mix ku kondza swi hlangana kahle,funengeta & marinate for 1 hour kumbe vusiku hinkwabyo efrijini.
-Pfula langavi & sweka eka medium flame kuringana 5-6 wa timinete,funengeta & veka heat diffuser plate kumbe griddle ehansi ka poto & sweka eka low flame kuringana 25-30 wa timinete (check & stir in between) then sweka hi langavi rale xikarhi kufikela loko mafurha ya hambana (4-5 wa timinete).
-Nyika musi wa malahla kuringana 2 wa timinete kutlula ku susa malahla,funengeta & u tshika ya wisa kuringana 3-4 wa timinete.
Lunghiselela Paratha:
- Teka bolo ya nhlama (150g),fafazela vuswa byo oma & roll out hi ku pfuniwa hi rolling pin.
-Engetela & hangalasa botere leyi hlawuriweke,flip matlhelo hinkwawo ku endla xivumbeko xa square.
-Fafazela dry flour & roll out hi ku pfuniwa hi rolling pin.
-Eka griddle leyi hisiweke,veka paratha,engetela botere leyi hlawuriweke & sweka eka langavi ra le xikarhi kusuka eka matlhelo hamambirhi kufikela loko yi endliwa.
-Khavisa hi coriander yotsakama,green chillies,onion rings & phamela na paratha !
