Eka khari:

  • Ghee 2 tbsp + mafurha 1 tbsp
  • Jeera 1 tsp
  • Dalchini 1 wa intshi
  • Khadamomu ya rihlaza 2-3 wa ti pods
  • Khadamomu ya ntima 1 no.
  • Tej patta 1 nomboro ya xitsonga.
  • Anyanisi 5 wa sayizi yale xikarhi / 400 gm (yi tsemiwile)
  • Ginger garlic chilli 1⁄2 wa khapu (yi tsemiwile hi ndlela yo olova)
  • Powder ya turmeric 1⁄2 tsp
  • Powder ya chilli yo tshwuka ya swipayisisi 2 tsp
  • Powder ya chilli yo tshwuka ya le Kashmiri 1 tbsp
  • Powder ya coriander 2 tbsp
  • Xigwitsirisi xa Jeeera 1 tsp
  • Matamatisi 4 ya sayizi ya le xikarhi (ya tsemiwile)
  • Munyu hi ku ya hi nantswo
  • Garam masala 1 xiphepherhele
  • Kasuri methi 1 tsp
  • Nsinya 1 intshi (julienned)
  • Ti chilli ta rihlaza 2-3 nos. (ku tsemeka)
  • Coriander yo basa i voko lerintsongo

Ndlela:
