-Kashmiri lal mirch (Chilli yo tshwuka ya Kashmiri) ya phoyizeni 1⁄4 tsp
-Hara dhania (Coriander yo basa) leyi tsemiweke

-Podina (Matluka ya mint) ya voko

Swiletelo:
Lunghiselela Kalay Channay ka Salan:
-Eka spices ball strainer,engeta mbewu ya fennel,star anise,cinnamon sticks,black cardamom,cumin seeds,bay matluka,funengeta ku yi pfala & veka etlhelo.
-Eka poto,chela ti chickpeas ta ntima,munyu wa pink,mati,hlanganisa kahle & yi tisa yi vila.
-Susa scum,engeta swipayisisi strainer ball,funengeta & sweka eka low flame kufikela yi olova (35-40 minutes) & susa strainer ball spice (approx. 2 Cups ya mati yafanele ku sala).
-Eka blender jug,engeta ti chickpeas ta ntima leti virisiweke (1/2 Cup),chickpea stock (1/2 Cup),hlanganisa kahle & veka etlhelo.
-Strain black chickpeas & hlayisa xitoko leswaku uta tirhisiwa endzhaku.
-Eka poto,chela cooking oil,onion & fry ku kondza yi va light golden.
-Engetela matamatisi,ginger garlic paste,hlanganisa kahle & sweka kuringana 1-2 wa timinete.
-Engetela munyu wa pink,cumin powder,red chilli powder,coriander powder,Kashmiri red chilli powder,garam masala powder,hlanganisa kahle & sweka kuringana 2-3 wa timinete.
-Engetela blended chickpea paste & hlanganisa kahle kuringana minete.
-Engetela ti reserved boiled black chickpeas,reserved stock,hlanganisa kahle & yi tisa leswaku yi vila.
-Chela coriander yotsakama,matluka ya fenugreek lawa ya omisiweke,funengeta & sweka eka malangavi yale hansi kuringana 4-5 wa timinete.
Lunghiselela Tadka:
-Eka pani lerintsongo,chela mafurha yo sweka,ginger & fry for 30 seconds.
-Engetela ti green chilles,cumin seeds,carom seeds,Kashmiri red chilli powder & hlanganisa kahle.
-Sweswi chela tadka embiteni,khavisa hi coriander yo basa & u phamela!
Lunghiselela Zeera Pulao:
-Eka chopper,chela matluka ya mint,fresh coriander,garlic,ginger,green chillies,tsemelela kahle & veka etlhelo.
-Eka poto,engeta botere leyi hlawuriweke & yi tshika yi n'oka.
-Engetela anyanisi & fry ku kondza yi va light golden.
-Engetela black cardamom,cumin seeds & hlanganisa kahle.
-Engetela nkatsakanyo wa rihlaza lowu tsemiweke,hlanganisa kahle & sweka kuringana 1-2 wa timinete.
-Engetela mati,pink salt,lemon juice,hlanganisa kahle & yi tisa yi vila.
-Engetela rice,hlanganisa kahle & sweka eka high flame kufikela mati ya hunguteka (3-4 minutes),funengeta & sweka eka low flame kuringana 8-10 minutes.
