Lunghiselela Tadka: -Eka pani lerintsongo,chela mafurha yo sweka,ginger & fry for 30 seconds. -Engetela ti green chilles,cumin seeds,carom seeds,Kashmiri red chilli powder & hlanganisa kahle. -Sweswi chela tadka embiteni,khavisa hi coriander yo basa & u phamela! Lunghiselela Zeera Pulao: -Eka chopper,chela matluka ya mint,fresh coriander,garlic,ginger,green chillies,tsemelela kahle & veka etlhelo. -Eka poto,engeta botere leyi hlawuriweke & yi tshika yi n'oka. -Engetela anyanisi & fry ku kondza yi va light golden. -Engetela black cardamom,cumin seeds & hlanganisa kahle. -Engetela nkatsakanyo wa rihlaza lowu tsemiweke,hlanganisa kahle & sweka kuringana 1-2 wa timinete. -Engetela mati,pink salt,lemon juice,hlanganisa kahle & yi tisa yi vila. -Engetela rice,hlanganisa kahle & sweka eka high flame kufikela mati ya hunguteka (3-4 minutes),funengeta & sweka eka low flame kuringana 8-10 minutes.
