- 3 wa tikhapu ta Mati
Eka Chana Tadka:
- 4 tbsp ya Mafurha
- 1 hayi Tej Patta
- 1⁄2 tsp Heeng (asafoetida)
- 2nos Kali Elichi (Khadimo ya ntima)
- 7-8nos Ti-clove
- 8-10nos Kali Mirch (phepha ra ntima)
- 1tbsp Ginger leyi tsemiweke
- 1no Chilli ya rihlaza leyi tsemiweke
- 2 tsp ya Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1⁄2 tsp Haldi
- 1 tbsp Dhaniya ( Coriander Powder)
- ku nantswa Munyu
- 3⁄4 tsp ya Kasoori methi powder

- 2 tsp Chaat masala
- 1 tbsp Amchur powder
- 1⁄2 tsp Red chilly powder
