Eka pani leri nga namarheli,chela mafurha yo sweka & fry kababs eka medium low flame ku kondza yi va light golden,funengeta & sweka hi low flame ku kondza yi hela & veka etlhelo.

Eka pani rin'we,engeta anyanisi,capsicum & hlanganisa kahle.

Engetela mbewu ya coriander,red chilli leyi tshoveriweke,mbewu ya cumin,munyu wa pink,hlanganisa kahle & u sweka ku ringana minete.

Engetelani ti kababs leti swekiweke,fresh coriander,yi nyike mix ya kahle & yi veka etlhelo.

Eka xibya, chela yogurt,munyu wa pink & whisk kahle.

Eka pani lerintsongo,chela mafurha yo sweka & u hisa.

Engetela mbewu ya kumini,button red chillies,matluka ya curry & hlanganisa kahle.

Chela tadka leyi lulamisiweke eka yoghurt leyi pfanganisiweke & hlanganisa hi vukheta.

Engetela yogurt ya tadka eka kababs & nyika musi wa malahla kuringana 2 wa timinete.
