Chizi ya huku Karahi yo basa

-Nhlanganiso wa huku boti 750g

-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) leyi tshoveriweke 2 tbs

-Munyu wa pink wa Himalayan 1 tsp kumbe ku nandzika

-Ku sweka mafurha 1/3 Khapu

-Mati 1⁄2 Khapu kumbe hilaha swi lavekaka hakona

-Dahi (Yogurt) leyi pfanganisiweke 1 Khapu (ku hisa ka kamara)

-Hari mirch (Rihlaza ti chillies) 2-3

-Kali mirch (Phepper ya ntima) leyi pfotlosiweke 1 tsp

-Sabut dhania (mbewu ya coriander) leyi pfotlosiweke 1 tsp

-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) 1⁄2 tsp

-Zeera (Mbewu ya cumin) leyi oxiweke & leyi pfotlosiweke 1⁄2 tsp

-Phowder ya huku 1 tsp

-Powder ya masi ya khokhonati 1 tbs (hi ku hlawula)

-Juzi ya lamula 2 tsp

-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch piece

-Olper’s Cream 3⁄4 Khapu (ku hisa ka kamara)

-Swilayi swa chizi ya Cheddar ya Olper 3

-Garam masala powder 1⁄2 tsp

-Hara dhania (Coriander yo basa) leyi tsemiweke

-Hari mirch (Rihlaza chilli) leyi tsemiweke

-Adrak (Ginger) julienne

-Eka wok,chela huku,ginger garlic leyi tshoveriweke,munyu wa pink,mafurha yo sweka,mati,hlanganisa kahle & yi tisa yi vila ,funengeta & sweka eka malangavi yale henhla kuringana 5-6 wa timinete kutani u sweka eka malangavi yale henhla kufikela loko mati ya oma (1-2 wa timinete).

-Eka malangavi yale hansi,engeta yogurt,green chillies,black pepper crushed,coriander seeds,white pepper powder, cumin seeds,chicken powder,coconut milk powder,lemon juice,hlanganisa kahle & sweka hi high flame kufikela mafurha ya hambanisiwa (2-3 wa timinete).

-Engetela ginger & hlanganisa kahle.

-Eka malangavi yale hansi,engeta cream & hlanganisa kahle.

-Engetela swilayi swa cheddar cheese,funengeta & sweka eka low langavi kuringana 8-10 wa timinete kutani u hlanganisa kahle & u sweka kuringana 2 wa timinete.

-Engetela garam masala powder & fresh coriander.

-Khavisa hi green chilli,ginger & u phamela na naan!
