Chawal ke Pakode

Switirhisiwa:
Riyisi leyi saleke (1 khapu)
Besan (gram flour) (1/2 wa khapu)
Munyu (hi ku ya hi nantswo)
Red chilli powder (hi ku ya hi nantswo)
Ti chilli ta rihlaza (2-3, leti tsemiweke kahle)
Matluka ya coriander (2 wa swipunu, leswi tsemiweke kahle)
Ndlela:
Goza ro sungula: Teka khapu yin’we ya rhayisi leyi saleke u yi sila ku endla a paste.
Goza 2: Chela 1/2 wa khapu ya besan eka paste ya rice.
Goza 3: Kutani chela munyu, red chilli powder, ti chilli ta rihlaza leti tsemiweke kahle, na matluka ya coriander. Hlanganisa kahle.
Goza 4: Endla ti pakodas letintsongo ta nkatsakanyo kutani u deep fry kufikela ti hundzuka golden brown.
Goza 5: Phamela ti hisa na chutney ya rihlaza.
