-Metsi 4 Likopi
-Himalayan pinki letsoai 1 & ½ tsp kapa ho latsoa

-Eketsa pureed tamati, ginger garlic paste, kopanya hantle 'me u phehe mollong o mahareng bakeng sa metsotso e 1-2.
-Eketsa turmeric powder,chilli powder e khubelu, kopanya hantle 'me u phehele metsotso e 2-3. br> -Eketsa lentile e mosehla, arola gram ea bengal 'me u kopanye hantle. eketsa metsi ha ho hlokahala.
