Litsela:
-Blender jug mein palak,lehsa,adrak,hari mirchein,hara Dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida,zeera,kalonji,pink salt,lal mirch crushed aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Oli ea ho pheha dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka motsoako o motala shamil karein aur ghond ker hlama tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker metsotso e 15 kliya chor dein.
