-Podina (Mint leaves) 12-15
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 2-3 tbs
- Lero la lemone 2 tbs
-Metsi 5-6 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 2 tsp kapa tatso
-Kabab cheeni (Cubeb spice) phofo 1 tsp
-Elaichi powder ( Cardamom powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
