Besan (phofo ea gram) (1/2 senoelo)
Letsoai (ho ea ka tatso)
Chilli phofo e khubelu (ho ea ka tatso)
Li-chilies tse tala (2-3, tse khaotsoeng hantle)
Makhasi a Coriander (khaba tse 2, li khabiloe hantle)
Mokhoa:
Mohato oa 1: Nka kopi e le 1 ea raese e setseng 'me u e sile ho etsa peista.
Mohato oa 2: Kenya 1/2 kopi ea besan ka har'a raese.
Mohato oa 3: Ebe u eketsa letsoai, phofo e khubelu ea chilli, chilli e tala e khaotsoeng hantle, le makhasi a coriander. Kopanya hantle.
Mohato oa 4: Etsa pakodas tse nyane tsa motsoako 'me u li hate ka botebo ho fihlela li fetoha khauta.
Mohato oa 5: Sebeletsa ho chesa ka chutney e tala.
