-Sarson ka tel ( Su'u sinapi) 3 tbs (Sui: Suau'u kuka)
-Vavai 5 Ipu po'o le mana'omia
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 1 & ½ tbs
Sauni Matar Chewra:
-Suau'u kuka mo falai.
-Pohan chewda (Flattened rice flakes) 1 & ½ Ipu
-Suauu kuka 1 tsp
-Matar (Peas) 1 Ipu
-Mong phali (Peanuts) tunu ½ Ipu
-Himalayan masima piniki ¼ tsp
-Haldi pa'u (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) tipi 1-2
Fa'apotopotoina:
-Chaat masala e tofo
-Hara dhania ( Koriander fou) tipi
-Magi Pyaz (Onion)
Fa'atonuga:
Sauni le Kalay Chanay:
-I totonu o se ulo, fa'aopopo pipi uliuli, pepe aniani, tamato, pa'u kalaka ginger, masima piniki, mumu. le pauta chilli, coriander powder, karam masala pauta, kumine pauta, turmeric pauta, sinapi suauu, vai, palu lelei ma aumai i le vai, ufiufi ma kuka i luga o le afi mumu seia oʻo ina vaivai le pipi (40-50 minute).
- Ave'ese & tia'i le pa'u tamato nai lo le kuka i luga o le afi tele se'ia mago le vai (6-8 minute).
