Ongeraho capsicum, inyanya, chillies yicyatsi, umunyu & cashew nuts hamwe namazi ashyushye, upfundikishe umupfundikizo & uteke hejuru yumuriro muto muminota 4-5. Ongeraho ifu ya turmeric & kashmiri ifu ya chili yumutuku, koga & hanyuma ushyiremo gravy wakoze kare, koga neza & uteke muminota 10 hejuru yumuriro uciriritse, ongeramo amazi ashyushye niba gravy yumye cyane. Umaze guteka gravy muminota 10, mumasafuriya atandukanye, ongeramo 1 tsp ghee & shyushya neza, hanyuma ushyiremo igitunguru & capsicum, utere hejuru yumuriro mwinshi mumasegonda 30 & hanyuma ubishyire muri gravy. Umaze kongeramo imboga zajugunywe muri gravy, ongeramo paneer isize, garam masala, kasuri methi, urushyi runini rwa coriander nshya & grated pneer, koga neza & uburyohe bwibihe & uhindure ukurikije. Kunyanyagiza akantu gato ka coriander nshya & tawa paneer yawe iriteguye, tanga ubushyuhe hamwe na rumali roti.
