Uburyo:

Tangira ukaraba kandi ushiramo moong dal n'umuceri wa basmati mumasaha 1-2. Noneho, mumashanyarazi, vanga moong dal yatose, umuceri wa basmati, ifu ya turmeric, umunyu, namazi. Utekeshe amafirimbi 2-3 kumuriro uciriritse-muto. Reka bireke, hanyuma ushyiremo igitunguru cyaciwe hanyuma ushyire kugeza zahabu yijimye. Ongeramo tungurusumu yaciwe, ukurikireho ginger yacaguwe na chili icyatsi. Gabanya tadka mo ibipande bibiri.

Huza umuceri watetse hamwe nuruvange rwa dal hamwe na tadka. Teka muminota 1-2. Sauté kugeza zahabu yijimye.
