  • Amazi nkuko bisabwa

1. Mu isahani, vanga ifu yuzuye ingano, igitunguru gikase neza, amababi ya corianderi yaciwe, ifu ya chili itukura, garam masala, nu munyu.
2. Gupfukama mu ifu yoroshye ukoresheje amazi.
3. Gabanya ifu mo ibice bingana hanyuma uzenguruke buri gice muri paratha.
4. Teka buri paratha kumasomo ashyushye kugeza ibibara byijimye bigaragara.
5. Subiramo inzira kubice byose.
