-Hari mirch (Green chilli) tapatapahi 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) tunua & kuru 1 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) tunua & kuru 1 tsp
-Himalayan mawhero tote 1 tsp ranei ki te reka
-Haldi paura (Turmeric paura) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to reka
-Aloo (Potatoes) kohuatia 4-5 medium
-Matar (Peas) kohuatia 1 Kapu - Whakaritea te Chutney Kakariki:
-Podina (Te rau mint) 1 Kapu
-Hara dhania (Korianara hou) ½ Kapu
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves
-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5
-Chanay (Roasted grams) 2 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Himalayan pink tote ½ tsp or to reka
-Wai rēmana 2 tbs
-Wai 3-4 tbs - Whakaritea Meethi Imli ki Chutney:
-Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¼ Cup
-Aloo bukhara (Paramu maroke) kua rukuhia 10-12
-Huka 2 punetēpu
-Sonth paura (Ginger paura maroke) ½ tīpune
-Kala namak (Tote pango) ¼ tīpune
-Zeera paura (Cumin paura) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch paura (Red chilli paura) ¼ tsp ranei ki te reka
-Water ¼ Cup - Whakaritea te paraoa pokepoke Samosa:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Cups
-Himalayan pink tote 1 tsp or to taste
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
-Ghee (Clarified butter) ¼ Cup

-I roto i te parai parai, whakauruhia te hinu tunu, te tiihi matomato, te whakapiri karika, te kakano korianara. ,kakano kumine, tote mawhero, paura turmeric, paura tiihi whero, uru pai me te tunu mo te meneti.
-Tuhia te rīwai, te pī, uru pai me te ranu me te awhina o te masher ka uru pai ka tunu mo te 1- 2 meneti.
-Kia whakamatao.
