-Blender jug mein palak,lehsa,adrak,hari mirchein,hara dhania aur pani dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein maida,zeera,kalonji,sira mavokely,lal mirch voatoto aur ajwain dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
