Ingredients
Akwụkwọ mọstad - 1 nnukwu ụyọkọ/300 gms
Akwụkwọ nri - ¼ ụyọkọ / 80gms
Methi epupụta (Fenugreek) - njuaka
Bathua epupụta - njuaka/50gms
Radish epupụta - handful/50gms
Channa Dal (Chickpeas kewara) - ⅓ cup/65 gms (tinye ya)
Turnip - 1 enweghị (peeled & bee)
Mmiri - iko 2
Maka iwe ọkụ
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Galik bee - 1 tbsp
Eyịm bee - 3 tbsp
Green chilli chopped - 2 mba
Ginger chopped - 2 tsp
Makki atta (ntụ ọka ọka) – 1 tbsp
nnu – nụrụ ụtọ
2nd tempering
Desi Ghee – 1 tbsp
Chilli ntụ ntụ – ½ tsp
