Punjabi Aloo Chutney
 
        -  Kwadebe nduku ndochi: 
 - mmanụ esi nri 3 tbs
 -Hari mirch (green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
 -Adrak lehsan mado (ginger galik paste) 1 & ½ tsp
 -Sabut dhania (mkpụrụ osisi coriander) a ṅara n'ọkụ wee gwerie 1 tbs
 -Zeera (mkpụrụ cumin) a ṅara n'ọkụ & gwerie 1 tsp
 - nnu Himalayan pink 1 tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
 -Haldi ntụ ntụ (Turmeric ntụ ntụ) 1 tsp
 -Lal mirch ntụ ntụ (red chilli ntụ ntụ) 1 tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
 -Aloo (nduku) sie 4-5 ọkara
 -Matar (peas) sie 1. Iko
-  Kwadebe Green Chutney: 
 - Podina (akwụkwọ Mint) 1 iko
 - Hara dhania (ọhụrụ coriander) ½ iko
 -Lehsan (Galiki) 3-4 kloves.
 -Hari mirch (green chilies) 4-5
 -Chanay (gram a ṅara n'ọkụ) 2 tbs
 -Zeera (mkpụrụ cumin) 1 tsp
 - Himalayan pink nnu ½ tsp ma ọ bụ ka nụrụ ụtọ
 -ihe ọṅụṅụ lemon 2 tbs
 -Mmiri 3-4 tbs
-  Kwadebe Meethi Imli ki Chutney: 
 -Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¼ Cup
 -Aloo bukhara (Plum a mịrị amị) tinye ya 10-12
 -sugar 2 tbs
 -Sonth ntụ ntụ (a mịrị amị ginger ntụ ntụ) ½ tsp
 - Kala namak (Nnụ ojii) ¼ tsp
 -Zeera ntụ (Cumin ntụ ntụ) 1 tsp
 - Lal mirch ntụ ntụ (Red chilli ntụ ntụ) ¼ tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
 -Mmiri ¼ iko
-  Kwadebe Samosa ntụ ọka: 
 -Maida (nzube ntụ ọka) gbachara iko 3
 -Himalayan pink nnu 1 tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
 -Ajwain (mkpụrụ carom) ½ tsp
 -Ghee (bọta Clarified) ¼ iko
 -Lukewarm water 1 cup ma ọ bụ dị ka achọrọ
- Ntụziaka: 
 Kwadebe Potato Filling:
 -N'ime ite frying, tinye mmanụ esi nri, green chilli, galik galik tapawa, mkpụrụ coriander. ,mkpuru cumin,pink nnu, turmeric powder, red chilli ntụ ntụ, mix nke ọma & sie maka otu nkeji.
 - Tinye poteto,peas, mix ọma & mash nke ọma na enyemaka nke masher wee gwakọta nke ọma & sie 1- 2 nkeji.
 -Ka ọ dị jụụ.
