Ingredients

Tofu dị ụtọ na utoojoo:
1 Block Firm/Extra Firm Tofu, 1 inch cubes, pịa ma wụsa nke mmiri mmiri

Orange Tofu:
Maka Tofu:
1 14 ounce ngọngọ Extra Firm Tofu, pịa
1 Tbsp. Mmanụ
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Maka ihe ọṅụṅụ oroma:
1 Tbsp. Mmanụ Sesame
1 Tbsp. Ginger, sie ya ma sie ya
1 Tbsp. Garlic, nke a ga-egweri nke ọma ma ọ bụ ghere oghe
1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
1 iko ihe ọṅụṅụ oroma, nke a kpọgidere ọhụrụ
1/3 iko shuga Brown
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce ma ọ bụ Tamari (nhọrọ enweghị gluten)
2 Tbsp. mmanya
2 Tsp Oroma Zest
1 Tbsp. Ọka ọka
1 Tbsp. mmiri oyi

Gochujang Tofu:
1 Ngwongwo nke Extra Firm Tofu, Pịa na pati a mịrị amị
2 Tbsp ọka starch
1/2 Tsp Nnu
1/2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Mmanụ ma ọ bụ Nri nri
3 Tbsp Gochujang Pepper Tapawa (gbanwee kwa ose mmasị)...
