Akwụkwọ Methi (Fenugreek) - ntakịrị bọta - 2 tbsp yabasị - 1/4 iko ginger chopped - 1/2 tbsp Agwa chopped - 1/4 iko Kọlịflawa grated - 1/4 iko Chilli ntụ ntụ - 1/2 tsp Cumin ntụ ntụ - 1 tsp Tomato puree - 3/4 iko ose ntụ ntụ - otu pinch Green peas - 1/2 iko Pao (bọchị dị nro) - 6 iberibe.
