- Rai dana (mkpụrụ mọstad ojii) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (eyịm) bee 1 obere
-Hing ntụ ntụ (Asafoetida ntụ ntụ) ¼ tsp
-Atta (ntụ ọka Wheat) 3 tbs
-Mmiri 5 iko ma ọ bụ dị ka achọrọ
-Haldi ntụ ntụ (Turmeric ntụ ntụ) ½ tsp
- Himalayan pink nnu 1 & ½ tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ

Ntụziaka:
