Lagan Qeema na Paratha

Ingredients:
Kwadebe Lagan Qeema:
-Beef qeema (Mince) finely chopped 1 kg
-Himalayan pink salt 1 & ½ tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
-Kacha papita ( Raw papaya) mado 1 tbs
-Adrak lehsan mado (ginger galik paste) 2 tbs
-Badam (almonds) tinye & peeled 15-16
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 10-12
- Khopra (obere aki oyibo) 2 tbs
-Hari mirch (green chillies) 5-6
-Podina (Mint epupụta) 12-15
- Hara dhania (obere coriander) 2-3 tbs
- Ihe ọṅụṅụ lemon 2 tbs
-Mmiri 5-6 tbs
-Lal mirch ntụ ntụ (Red chilli ntụ ntụ) 2 tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
-Kabab cheeni (Cubeb spice) ntụ ntụ 1 tsp
-Elaichi ntụ ntụ ( Cardamom ntụ ntụ) ½ tsp
-Garam masala ntụ ntụ 1 tsp
-Kali mirch ntụ ntụ (obere ose ntụ) 1 & ½ tsp
-Haldi ntụ ntụ (Turmeric ntụ ntụ) ½ tsp
-Pyaz (Yabasị) 1 iko e ghere eghe
-Dahi (yogọt) whisked 1 iko
-Cream ¾ Cup
-Ghee (Bọta Clarified) ½ Iko
-Koyla (Unyi) maka anwụrụ ọkụ
Jikere Paratha:
-Paratha mgwakota agwa 150g nke ọ bụla
-Ghee (bọta Clarified) 1 tbs
-Ghee (bọta Clarified) 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (ọhụrụ coriander) chopped
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) mpekere 1-2
-Pyaz (Yabasị) mgbanaka
Ntụziaka:
Kwadebe Lagan Qeema:
-N'ime ite, tinye anụ ehi, nnu pink, pọọpọ raw. tapawa,ginger galik tapawa & mix ọma, cover & marinate for 1 hour.
-Na ose grinder,tinye almonds,cashew nuts,desiccated aki oyibo &gịga nke ọma.
- Tinye green chillies,mint epupụta, ọhụrụ coriander. ,lemon juice,mmiri & grie nke oma ka o mee ka ihe siri ike ma debe ya.
-N'ime ite, tinye uzuzu uzuzu uhie, uzuzu uzuzu uzuzu, uzuzu kaadi, garam masala, ose ojii, ntụ ntụ, yabasị e ghere eghe. yogọt, ude, bọta doro anya, tapawa ala & mix ruo mgbe agwakọtara nke ọma, kpuchie & marinate maka awa 1 ma ọ bụ abalị na friji.
- Tinye ọkụ na esi nri na ọkara ọkụ maka nkeji 5-6, kpuchie & tinye efere ọkụ ọkụ ma ọ bụ griddle n'okpuru ite wee sie obere ọkụ maka nkeji 25-30 (leba anya & kpalie n'etiti) mgbe ahụ. esi nri na ọkara ire ọkụ ruo mgbe mmanụ kewara (4-5 nkeji)
-Nye a coal anwụrụ maka nkeji 2 karịa wepụ coal, cover & hapụ ya izu ike maka 3-4 nkeji.

- Were bọọlụ mgwakota agwa (150g), fesa ntụ ọka akọrọ & tụgharịa site na enyemaka nke rolling pin.
-Tinye & gbasaa butter, tụgharịa akụkụ niile ka ọ bụrụ square shape. site n'enyemaka nke rolling pin.
