Kwadebe Kalay Channay ka Salan:
-Kalay chanay (nwa chickpeas) iko 2 (tinye n'otu abalị)

-Tamatar (Tomato) nke ọma 3-4 ọkara
-Adrak lehsan tapawa (ginger galik tapawa) 1 tsp
- Himalayan pink nnu 1 tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
Zeera ntụ ntụ (Cumin ntụ ntụ) 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch ntụ ntụ (Red chilli ntụ ntụ) 1 tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ
-Dhania ntụ ntụ (Coriander ntụ ntụ) 1 & ½ tsp
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) ntụ ntụ 1 tsp
- Garam masala ntụ ntụ 1 tsp
- Hara dhania (obere coriander) bee 1 tsp
- Kasuri methi (akwukwo fenugreek akpọnwụwo) 1 tsp
Kwadebe Tadka:
- Mmanụ esi nri 3 tbs
-Adrak (ginger) bee 1 tsp
-Hari mirch (green chillies) 3-4
Zeera (mkpụrụ cumin) ½ tsp
-Ajwain (mkpụrụ osisi carom) 1 tuo
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) ntụ ntụ ¼ tsp
- Hara dhania (kpari akụ ọhụrụ) bee
Kwadebe Zeera Pulao:
-Podina (Mint epupụta) njuaka
- Hara dhania (koriander ọhụrụ) nwere aka
-Lehsan (Galiki) cloves 4-5
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 inch
-Hari mirch (green chillies) 6-8
-Ghee (bọta gbawara agbawa) ¼ iko
-Pyaz (Yabasị) iberi 1 ọkara
-Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
Zeera (mkpụrụ cumin) 1 tsp
-Iko mmiri 3 & ½

Ntuziaka:
Kwadebe Kalay Channay ka Salan:
- Na ngwa nri bọọlụ, gbakwunye mkpụrụ fennel, star anise, osisi cinnamon, cardamom ojii, mkpụrụ cumin, akwụkwọ mmiri, kpuchie imechi ya ma wepụta ya.
-N'ime ite, gbakwunye chickpeas ojii, nnu pink, mmiri, gwakọta nke ọma ma weta ya obụpde.
-Wepu scum, tinye ngwa nri strainer bọọlụ, mkpuchi & esi nri na obere ire ọkụ ruo mgbe obi (35-40 nkeji) & wepụ strainer bọọlụ ose (ihe dị ka 2 iko mmiri kwesịrị ịnọgide).
-N'ime ite blender, gbakwunye chickpeas ojii esichara (1/2 iko), ngwaahịa chickpea (1/2 iko), gwakọta nke ọma ma wepụ ya.
-Nri chickpeas ojii & chekwaa ngwaahịa maka ojiji emechaa.
-N'ime ite, tinye mmanụ esi nri, yabasị & ighe ruo mgbe ìhè ọlaedo.
- Tinye tomato, ginger galik tapawa, gwakọta nke ọma & sie maka 1-2 nkeji.
- Tinye nnu pink, kumini ntụ ntụ, ntụ chilli na-acha uhie uhie, ntụ ntụ coriander, Kashmiri red chilli ntụ ntụ, garam masala ntụ ntụ, gwakọta nke ọma & sie maka nkeji 2-3.
- Tinye ngwakọta chickpea ma gwakọta nke ọma maka otu nkeji.
- Tinye chickpeas ojii echekwabara echekwabara, ngwaahịa echekwara, gwakọta nke ọma ma weta ya obụpde.
- Tinye coriander ọhụrụ, akwụkwọ fenugreek a mịrị amị, mkpuchi ma sie ya na obere ọkụ maka nkeji 4-5.

- Na obere ite frying, tinye mmanụ esi nri, ginger & ighe maka 30 sekọnd.
- Tinye akwụkwọ ndụ akwụkwọ ndụ akwụkwọ ndụ, mkpụrụ cumin, mkpụrụ karom, Kashmiri red chilli ntụ ntụ & gwakọta nke ọma.
- Ugbu a, wunye tadka n'ite, chọọ ya na coriander ọhụrụ ma jee ozi!

- Na chopper, tinye mint epupụta, ọhụrụ coriander, galik, ginger, green chilies, gbuo nke ọma & wepụ.
-N'ime ite, gbakwunye bọta chara acha ma hapụ ya ka ọ gbazee.
- Tinye yabasị & ighe ruo mgbe ìhè ọlaedo.
- Tinye black cardamom, mkpụrụ cumin & gwakọta nke ọma.
- Tinye ngwakọta akwụkwọ ndụ akwụkwọ ndụ chopped, gwakọta nke ọma & sie nri maka nkeji 1-2.
- Tinye mmiri, nnu pink, ihe ọṅụṅụ lemon, gwakọta nke ọma ma weta ya obụpde.
