  • 2nos Kali Elichi (Black cardamom)
  • 7-8nos Cloves
  • 8-10nos Kali Mirch (ose ojii)
  • 1tbsp ginger chopped
  • 1 1 n'ahịhịa chilli green
  • 2 tsp Kashmiri chilli ntụ ntụ
  • ½ tsp Haldi
  • 1 tsp Dhaniya ( Coriander ntụ ntụ)

  • ¾ tsp Kasoori methi ntụ ntụ Maka Chana Chaat: < p > ½ iko Aloo (Nduku sie na diced)
  • ½ cup yabasị
  • ½ cup kukumba (gbuo) > nụrụ ụtọ Nnu
  • ½ tsp Nnu ojii
  • 1½ tsp Jeera (Cumin, a ṅara n'ọkụ & a gwakọtara agwakọta)
  • 2 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp Amchur ntụ ntụ
  • ½ tsp ntụ ntụ chilly na-acha uhie uhie
  • 1 enweghị akwụkwọ ndụ akwụkwọ ndụ chilli gbuturu
  • 1 ọ dịghị lemon
