- Maka Bhature Without Yeast1 ½ iko ntụ ọka a nụchara anụcha, 2 tbsp Semolina , tinye ya na mmiri & shuga, ½ tsp Sugar, Nnu nụrụ ụtọ, ½ tsp Mmanụ, mmiri dị ka achọrọ, ¼ iko afụ ọnụ, tie, ½ tsp Baking soda, 1 tsp mmanụ, mmanụ maka frying
- Maka esi nri chole1 ½ iko chickpeas, tinye ya, n'abali, 4-5 Dry Amla, 1 Chilli uhie akọrọ, 2 black cardamom, nnu nụrụ ụtọ, 1 tsp Baking soda, 1 Bay akwukwo, 2 tbsp Tii ntụ ntụ, Mmiri dị ka achọrọ
- Maka Chole Masala 2-4 Black cardamom, 10-12 black peppercorns, 2-3 Green cardamom, 2 Mace, ½ tbsp Akwụkwọ fenugreek akọrọ, 1 inch cinnamon mkpisi, ½ nutmeg, 1 Star anise, 2-4 cloves, ¼ tsp mkpụrụ osisi fenugreek, 1 tbsp ntụ ntụ coriander, otu ntụtụ nke asafoetida, ½ tsp Degi red chilli ntụ ntụ, ½ tsp Cumin ntụ ntụ
- Maka iwe ọkụ chole ¼ iko Ghee, kwadebere Chole Masala, 5 tbsp mmiri tamarind ojii, tinye ya, ½ iko fọdụrụ chole mmiri, 1 inch ginger, 2 tbsp Ghee
- Maka eghe Aloo< /i> 2 ọkara nduku, mmanụ maka frying, nnu nụrụ ụtọ, ½ tsp Degi red chilli ntụ ntụ, 1 tsp Dry mango ntụ ntụ
- Maka ịchọ mma 1 ọkara yabasị, iberi, 2 fresh green chillies, ½ inch Ginger, Green chutney, Ole na ole ọhụrụ coriander sprig
