Chicken Chiiz ọcha Karahi

- Chicken mix boti 750g
-Adrak lehsan (ginger galik) egwepịara 2 tbs
-Himalayan pink nnu 1 tsp ma ọ bụ nụrụ ụtọ

-Dahi (yogọt) whisked 1 iko (ọnụ ụlọ okpomọkụ)
-Hari mirch (Green) chilies) 2-3
-Kali mirch (ose oji) gwerie 1 tsp
-Sabut dhania (osisi coriander) egwepịara 1 tsp
-Safed mirch ntụ ntụ. (Ocha ntụ ntụ) ½ tsp
-Zeera (mkpụrụ cumin) a ṅara n'ọkụ ½ tsp
-Ọkụkọ ọkụkọ 1 tsp
-mmiri ara ehi aki oyibo 1 tbs (nhọrọ)
-ihe ọṅụṅụ lemon 2 tsp
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1 inch ibe
-Oliper's Cream ¾ Cup (ọnụ ụlọ okpomọkụ)
-Olper's Cheddar cheese mpekere 3
-Garam masala ntụ ntụ ½ tsp
- Hara dhania (Coriander ọhụrụ) chopped
-Hari mirch (Green) chilli) sliced
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Na wok, tinye ọkụkọ, galik a gweriri, nnu pink, mmanụ esi nri, mmiri, gwakọta nke ọma wee weta ya ka o sie ya. ,kpuchi & sie n'ọkụ dị elu maka nkeji 5-6 wee sie ya n'ọkụ dị elu ruo mgbe mmiri takọrọ (1-2 nkeji).
N'ọkụ dị obere, tinye yogọt, chilie green, ose oji gwerie, mkpụrụ koriander, ntụ ntụ ọcha, mkpụrụ cumin, ntụ ọka ọkụkọ, mmiri ara ehi aki oyibo, ihe ọṅụṅụ lemon, gwakọta nke ọma & sie n'ọkụ dị elu ruo mgbe mmanụ na-ekewa (nkeji 2-3).
- Tinye ginger & gwakọta nke ọma.
-Na obere ọkụ, tinye ude na mix nke ọma. ire ọkụ maka nkeji 8-10 wee gwakọta nke ọma & sie nri maka nkeji 2.
- Tinye garam masala ntụ ntụ & coriander ọhụrụ.
-Garnish with green chilli,ginger & serving with naan!
