  • Yogurt - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Pùdar - 1/2 tsp
  • Pùdar Chili Dearg - 1 tsp
  • Pùdar Coriander - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Salann - airson blasad
  • Ola - 2 tbsp
  • Uachdar Ùr - 2 tbsp
  • Duilleagan Coriander - airson garnish

Stiùireadh

  1. Ann am bobhla, measgachadh iogart, pasgan ginger-garlic, pùdar turmeric, pùdar chili dearg, pùdar coriander, garam masala, chat masala, agus salann.
  2. Cuir ciùban paneer ris a’ mheasgachadh agus leig leis marinate airson 30 mionaid.
  3. Ann am pana, teas an ola agus cuir ris a’ phaneer marinated. Cook gus am bi am paneer aotrom donn.
  4. Mu dheireadh, cuir uachdar ùr agus duilleagan coriander ris. Measgaich gu math agus bruich airson 2 mhionaid eile.
  5. Garnish le duilleagan coriander agus frithealadh teth.
