Ròsta Paneer Masala

- Paneer - 250g
- Yogurt - 2 tbsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Pùdar - 1/2 tsp Pùdar Chili Dearg - 1 tsp
- Pùdar Coriander - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 tsp
- Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salann - airson blasad
- Ola - 2 tbsp
- Uachdar Ùr - 2 tbsp
- Duilleagan Coriander - airson garnish
Stiùireadh
- Ann am bobhla, measgachadh iogart, pasgan ginger-garlic, pùdar turmeric, pùdar chili dearg, pùdar coriander, garam masala, chat masala, agus salann.
- Cuir ciùban paneer ris a’ mheasgachadh agus leig leis marinate airson 30 mionaid.
- Ann am pana, teas an ola agus cuir ris a’ phaneer marinated. Cook gus am bi am paneer aotrom donn.
- Mu dheireadh, cuir uachdar ùr agus duilleagan coriander ris. Measgaich gu math agus bruich airson 2 mhionaid eile.
- Garnish le duilleagan coriander agus frithealadh teth.
