    • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
    • Pùdar Dhania (pùdar Coriander) 1 & ½ tbs
    • Pùdar mirch Kashmiri lal (Kashmiri red chilli) 1 tbsSalann pinc Himalayan 1 & ½ tsp no airson blasad
    • Pùdar Zeera (Pùdar Cumin) 1 tsp
    • Pùdar mirch Lal (Pùdar chilli dearg) ½ tbs no airson blasad
    • Garam masala pùdar ½ tsp
    • Dahi (Iogurt) 300g
    • Uisce 1 & ½ Cupa
    • Uisce blàth 1 cupa
    • Uisge Kewra 1 & ½ tsp

Ullaich Khushboo Masala:

  • Ann am bàsmhor & pestle, cuir mace, cardamom uaine, maide cinnamon, cnòmag, clòbh & bleith airson fùdar a dhèanamh 's a chur gu aon taobh.

Ullaich Korma:

  • Ann am poit, cuir ìm soilleir agus leig leis leaghadh.
  • Cuir oinniún a-steach & friogais air lasair mheadhanach gus am bi e buidhe, thoir a-mach & sgaoil ann am treidhe & leig leis tioramachadh gus am bi e crispy.
