- Pùdar Dhania (pùdar Coriander) 1 & ½ tbs Pùdar mirch Kashmiri lal (Kashmiri red chilli) 1 tbsSalann pinc Himalayan 1 & ½ tsp no airson blasad
- Pùdar Zeera (Pùdar Cumin) 1 tsp
- Pùdar mirch Lal (Pùdar chilli dearg) ½ tbs no airson blasad
- Garam masala pùdar ½ tsp
- Dahi (Iogurt) 300g
- Uisce 1 & ½ Cupa
- Uisce blàth 1 cupa
- Uisge Kewra 1 & ½ tsp

- Ann am bàsmhor & pestle, cuir mace, cardamom uaine, maide cinnamon, cnòmag, clòbh & bleith airson fùdar a dhèanamh 's a chur gu aon taobh.
Ullaich Korma:
- Ann am poit, cuir ìm soilleir agus leig leis leaghadh.
- Cuir oinniún a-steach & friogais air lasair mheadhanach gus am bi e buidhe, thoir a-mach & sgaoil ann am treidhe & leig leis tioramachadh gus am bi e crispy.
