        - Ullaich lìonadh a’ bhuntàta: 
 -Ola còcaireachd 3 tbs
 -Hari mirch (Green chilli) air a ghearradh 1 tbsp
 -Adrak lehsan paste (pasgan garlic ginger) 1 & ½ tsp
 -Sabut dhania (sìol coriander) air a ròstadh & air a phronnadh 1 tbs
 -Zeera (sìol Cumin) air a ròstadh & air a phronnadh 1 tsp
 -Salann pinc Himalayan 1 tsp no airson blas
 -Haldi pùdar (Pùdar Turmeric) 1 tsp
 -Pùdar mirch Lal (Pùdar chilli dearg) 1 tsp no airson blas
 -Aloo (buntàta) air a ghoil 4-5 meadhanach
 -Matar (Peas) air a ghoil 1 Cupa
- Ullaich Chutney Uaine:
 -Podina (duilleagan mint) 1 cupa
 -Hara dhania (coriander ùr) ½ Cupa
 -Lehsan (Garlic) 3-4 cloves
 -Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4-5
 -Chanay (graman ròsta) 2 tbs
 -Zeera (sìol Cumin) 1 tsp
 -Salann pinc Himalayan ½ tsp no gu blas
 - Sùgh lemon 2 tbs
 -Uisge 3-4 tbs
- Ullaich Meethi Imli ki Chutney:
 -Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) ¼ Cup
 -Aloo bukhara (plumaichean tiormaichte) bog 10-12 - Siùcair 2 tbs
 -Sonth powder (pùdar ginger tiormaichte) ½ tsp
 -Kala namak (salann dubh) ¼ tsp
 - Pùdar Zeera (Pùdar Cumin) 1 tsp
 -Pùdar mirch Lal (Pùdar chilli dearg) ¼ tsp no airson blas
 - Uisge ¼ Cupa
-  Ullaich taois Samosa:
 -Chaidh Maida (flùr làn-adhbhar) 3 cupan a chriathradh
 -Salann pinc Himalayan 1 tsp no airson blas
 -Ajwain (sìol Carom) ½ tsp
 -Ghee (ìm soilleir) ¼ Cupa
 - Uisge blàth 1 Cupa no mar a dh’ fheumar
- Stiùireadh:
 Ullaich lìonadh a’ bhuntàta:
 - Ann am pana-fhrithealaidh, cuir ola còcaireachd, chilli uaine, pasgan garl ginger, sìol coriander , sìol cumin, salann pinc, pùdar turmeric, pùdar chilli dearg, measgachadh gu math & bruich airson mionaid.
 - Cuir buntàta, peasairean, measgachadh gu math & mash gu math le cuideachadh bho masher an uairsin measgachadh gu math & bruich airson 1- 2 mhionaid.
 -Leig leis fuarachadh.
