-Zeera (Kumin nukuwo) 2 tsp
-Sabut kali mirch (Atadi yibɔ) 1⁄2 tsp
-Urad daal (Gram yibɔ si woma) Kplu 1 (250g)
-Sarson ka tel ( Sinapi-mi) Kplu 1/3 Nusi nàtsɔ aɖo eteƒe: nuɖami si nèdi
-Rai dana (Mustard nuku yibɔ) 1 tsp
-Pyaz (Sabala) si wofli 1 sue
-Hing powder (Asafoetida powder) 1⁄4 tsp
-Atta (Lu ƒe wɔ) 3 tbs
-Tsi 5 Kplu alo abe alesi wòhiã ene
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1⁄2 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 & 1⁄2 tsp alo be wòavivi
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp alo be wòavivi
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) si wofli asi

-Tsɔ sinapi yibɔ,sabala,asafoetida powder,tsaka nyuie & sauté hena miniti 2-3.
-Tsɔ nu ʋeʋĩ siwo wogbã, luwɔ de eme eye nàɖae miniti 2-3.
-Tsɔ lãgbalẽ si wotu, tsi & tsakae nyuie.
