-Hari mirch (Ami dama) 5-6
-Podina (Mint aŋgbawo) 12-15
-Hara dhania (Koriander yeye) 2-3 tbs
- Lemon detsiƒonu 2 tbs

-Paratha amɔwɔ bɔl 150g ɖesiaɖe
-Ghee (Bɔta si me kɔ) 1 tbs

-Le ze me la,tsɔ nyilã mince,pink salt,papaya ƒuƒu de eme paste,ginger garlic paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 1 hour.
