-Le nu ʋeʋĩwo ball strainer,tsɔ fennel nukuwo,ɣletivi anise,cinnamon-tiwo,black cardamom,cumin nukuwo,bay aŋgbawo,tsyɔ edzi be woatue & tsɔe da ɖe vovo.
-Le ze me,de black chickpeas,pink salt,tsi,tsaka nyuie & na wòaƒo.
-Ðe scum,de nu ʋeʋĩwo strainer ball,tsyɔ edzi & ɖae le dzo sue dzi vaseɖe esime wòaƒu (aɖabaƒoƒo 35-40) & ɖe strainer ball nu ʋeʋĩ (approx. 2 Kplu tsi ele be wòatsi).
-Le blender jug me,tsɔ chickpeas yibɔ ɖaɖa (1/2 Kplu),chickpea stock (1/2 Cup),tsaka nyuie & tsɔe da ɖe vovo.
-Strain black chickpeas & dzra stock ɖo hena zazã emegbe.
-Le ze me,de nuɖami,sabala & ɖa vaseɖe esime wòazu sika fafɛ.
-Tsɔ tomatos,ginger garlic paste,tsaka nyuie & ɖae hena miniti 1-2.
-Tsɔ pink dze,kumin ƒuƒu,dzodzoe chilli ƒuƒu,coriander ʋeʋẽ,Kashmiri dzĩ chilli ʋeʋẽ,garam masala ʋeʋẽ,tsaka nyuie & ɖae hena miniti 2-3.
