- Usawoti - ukunambitha
- Qala ngokushisisa amafutha epanini phezu kokushisa okuphakathi.
- Faka u-anyanisi oqoshiwe bese usakaza uze ukhanye.
- Faka u-garlic ogayiwe kanye no-ginger ogayiwe, upheke kuze kube yiphunga elimnandi.
- Faka inhlama ye-cumin uhlanganise kahle, uyivumele ukuthi ipheke isikhathi esingangomzuzu.
