KWENZIWA USHIZI OLUcutshunguliwe:-
Ushizi Omusha - 240 g ( kusuka kumalitha angu-2 obisi)
I-Citric Acid - 1 tsp (5g)
I-Baking Soda - 1 tsp (5g)
Amanzi - 1 tbsp
Ibhotela Elinosawoti - 1/4 inkomishi (50g)
Ubisi (Okubilisiwe)- 1/3 inkomishi (80 ml)
Usawoti - 1/4 tsp noma njengokunambitha kwakho
Iziyalezo:
1. Fudumeza ubisi ebhodweni ngokushisa okuphansi, ugovuze njalo. Khomba izinga lokushisa eliphakathi kuka-45 kuya ku-50 degrees Celsius, noma lize lisivivi. Vala ukushisa futhi kancane kancane wengeze uviniga noma ijusi kalamula ngenkathi uvuselela, kuze kube yilapho ubisi lugoqa futhi luhlukana lube okuqinile kanye ne-whey.
2. Khama ubisi olugoqiwe ukuze ususe i-whey eningi, ukhame uketshezi oluningi ngangokunokwenzeka.
3. Hlanganisa i-citric acid namanzi endishini, bese wengeza i-baking soda ukuze udale isisombululo esicacile se-sodium citrate.
4. Hlanganisa ushizi ohlungiwe, isixazululo se-sodium citrate, ibhotela, ubisi, nosawoti esitsheni esixutshwayo kuze kube bushelelezi.
5. Dlulisela ingxube kashizi endishini engashisi bese uyibilise kabili imizuzu emi-5 ukuya kweyisi-8.
6. Gcoba isikhunta sepulasitiki ngebhotela.
7. Thela ingxube ehlanganisiwe esikhunjeni esigcotshwe ngamafutha bese uyiyeka iphole ekamelweni lokushisa ngaphambi kokuyibeka esiqandisini cishe amahora angu-5 kuya kwangu-6 ukuze isethwe.
