Izithako:
-Amafutha okupheka 2 tbs
-Tamatar (Utamatisi) pureed 2 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic unama) ½ tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp noma ukunambitha
-Mong daal (Yellow lentil) ½ Inkomishi (ecwiliswe ihora elingu-1)
-Chana daal (ihlukanise i-Bengal gram) 1 & ½ Inkomishi (icwiliswe amahora angu-2)
-Amanzi 4 izinkomishi
-Usawoti ophinki we-Himalayan 1 & ½ tsp noma ukunambitha
Izikhombisi-ndlela:
-Ebhodweni lobumba, engeza amafutha okupheka nokushisa it.
-Engeza utamatisi ohlanzekile, unamathisele kagalikhi ka-ginger, xuba kahle futhi upheke emlilweni ophakathi imizuzu engu-1-2.
-Faka i-turmeric powder, upelepele obomvu, hlanganisa kahle futhi upheke imizuzu engu-2-3. br>-Faka i-lentil ephuzi, hlukanisa igramu ye-bengali uhlanganise kahle.
-Engeza amanzi, uhlanganise kahle futhi uwalethe ukuthi abile, vala futhi upheke emlilweni ophansi kuze kube yilapho ama-lentile esethamba (imizuzu engu-20-25), hlola phakathi & engeza amanzi uma kudingeka.
-Engeza usawoti ophinki, xuba kahle futhi uyeke kuphole kuze kufane okufanayo.
