- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
- Maida (ufulawa wezinjongo zonke) Inkomishi engu-1
- Ngosuku (Amaqanda) ahlutshiwe 1-2 li>

- Amafutha okupheka okuthosa
-Endishini, gaya amaqanda ngosizo lwe-grater.
-Engeza unamathisele lwesinaphi, u-capsicum, u-anyanisi, upelepele oluhlaza, i-coriander entsha, impushana kagalikhi, impushana kachili ebomvu, i-turmeric powder, usawoti ophinki, i-cumin powder futhi uhlanganise kahle.
-Gcoba izandla ngamafutha, uthathe kancane ingxube (50g) futhi wenze ama-patties amasayizi alinganayo.
-Gcoba ngofulawa oyizinjongo zonke bese ucwilisa emaqandeni aphehliwe bese ugcoba ngemvuthuluka yesinkwa.
-Epanini lokuthosa,shisa amafutha okupheka kanye nokuthosa emlilweni ophakathi nhlangothi zombili kuze kube igolide & crispy (yenza 10) futhi iphake!
