Uyenza kanjani le sabzi -
- ngaphambi kokuqoba i-Arbi qiniseka ukuthi ugcobe izandla zakho ngoba angabangela ukulunywa
- Thatha 300 gm Arbi. Susa isikhumba se-Arbi futhi usike izingcezu ezincane
- Thatha 1 tbs ghee epanini kanye ne-1 tsp jeera (imbewu ye-cumin) kanye ne-1/2 tsp ajwain (imbewu ye-carrom)
- Engeza 1 isipuni se-turmeric powder (haldi) kanye ne-1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing powder)
- Uma uzwa umsindo oqhephukayo, engeza i-Arbi eqoshiwe nosawoti bese uhlanganise kahle
- Manje gcina ukupheka elangabini elinensayo uze ubone umbala osagolide - sidinga ukwenza isiqiniseko sokuthi kuphekwe kahle
- Uma kudingeka ufafaze amanzi ukuze i-masala ingashi
- Manje engeza u-1.5 I-tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp dhaniya powder, 1 tsp aamchoor powder
- Bese wengeza u-anyanisi osayizi ophakathi ne-laccha no-2-3 upelepele oluhlaza
- Hlanganisa kahle bese upheka imizuzu emi-5 okwengeziwe
- Okokugcina hlobisa nge-coriander entsha bese uphake nge-dal rice
